Transitions and Mid-air Tying for Self-Suspenders w/ MissLee210

This class will show two different self-suspension transition series: a three-position routine and a five-position routine with a tied futo in the air. Kim will talk through and demonstrate both series, while explaining why she is making specific choices. All self-suspenders have their own unique style, and she believes it’s important to understand the process so that everyone can adapt to their own goals. Topics include: why she chooses to do the positions in that order, how she manages extra rope and carabiners for transitions, and how she attaches and locks off uplines. She will also show little tips for making self-suspension a performance and exciting to watch.
